
HUGO ANOUNCES HIS PRELIMINERY SQUAD
The South African National Soccer Team, Bafana Bafana, is in second place in their AFCON log standing (Group K) behind Uganda, which is in first place due to goal difference. The two teams share a group alongside South Sudan and Congo.
The preliminary squad, which will be cut to 23 players, was released today by Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos. The team will play Uganda on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 15:00 at Mandela National Stadium in Namboole, and South Sudan on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in South Africa.

Broos recalled Jayden Adams whom he said he dropped for ‘misconduct’. He also called Bongokuhle Hlongwane and midfielder Sipho Mbule.
