The 2025 Nedbank Quarter Finals Draw

On Monday, 17 February 2025, the Premier Soccer League (PSL) held the Nedbank Cup quarter-final draw at the Supersport Head Office at 18:00. This was the highly anticipated draw since all the so-called big teams advanced to the quarter-finals, and they dodged facing one another once more as they were not matched up against each other. The draw was unseeded.

On Saturday, 15 February 2025, Kaizer Chiefs won against Chippa United with 3-0 at FNB Stadium, Orlando Pirates triumphed over Baroka FC by 3-1 at Orlando Stadium, Marumo Gallants beat Amazulu FC 1-0, while Mamelodi Sundowns overcame Mpheni Home Defenders 2-0 on Sunday, 16 February 2025. Stellenbosch FC triumphed over Polokwane City with a score of 2-0 on Thursday, 13 February 2025, while Durban City surprised TS Galaxy by winning 2-1 on Friday, 14 February 2025.

Reigning champions Orlando Pirates are set to battle SuperSport United in what is expected to be an exciting match. In a different clash, Kaizer Chiefs will face Stellenbosch FC, whereas Durban City is set to compete against Marumo Gallants.

Furthermore, Mamelodi Sundowns will face the victor of the pending match between Royal AM/Milford FC and Sekhukhune United. There has been some confusion about why this fixture is arranged this way; however, the reason it is like this is that Royal AM has been suspended by PSL to address issues with SARS. SARS that has secured a victory in a case against them earlier today. Thus, Mamelodi Sundowns will compete against the victor of the three teams mentioned.
